IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead our team in Porto. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. Your main duties will include managing a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing technology strategies, and maintaining network security.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement technology strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT equipment
- Monitor network security and implement necessary measures to protect against cyber threats
- Manage budget for technology expenses and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration and security protocols
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals
