Office Manager in Almada, Portugal


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Almada. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity. Your duties will include coordinating office activities, organizing meetings and events, managing office supplies and equipment, and overseeing the work of administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive attitude. Knowledge of Portuguese is preferred but not required. This full-time position offers a salary of 1500$ with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens. Students are welcome to apply.
