Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Akron. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, preparing maps and reports, and providing accurate data for various construction and engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions for land parcels
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data for projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding land surveying
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and equipment maintenance
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on survey findings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using land surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and digital levels
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work autonomously

Salary: 1100$ per month
