Indian Baker - Dubai


We are seeking a skilled Indian Baker to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of Indian baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. Your role will involve measuring and mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking items in an oven, and decorating finished products. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Baker and be familiar with Indian baking techniques and recipes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of Indian baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
- Measure and mix ingredients to create doughs and batters
- Shape dough into various forms, such as loaves or rolls
- Bake items in an oven or other baking equipment
- Decorate finished products with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Monitor the oven temperature and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Clean work area, equipment, and tools after each shift

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in an Indian bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of traditional Indian baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measuring ingredients
- Good time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1300$ per month
