We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Mecca. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage and lead the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with clients
- Analyze sales data and create reports to track performance
- Train and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth business operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
