As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Your main objective will be to assist clients with their inquiries, provide product information, and process orders efficiently and accurately. This is a remote position that does not require English proficiency or relocation, making it suitable for individuals of Indian nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, chat, or social media platforms
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients
- Process orders and payments in a timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate if needed
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards all customers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service standards are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role; online customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in using various online platforms including email and chat systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This role offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month.
