Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Faro. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, including budget, timeline, and design preferences
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design is being executed correctly
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for commercial building design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Architect on commercial projects
- Proficiency with CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.

This position is located in Faro, one of the most picturesque cities in Portugal known for its stunning beaches, historic sites, and vibrant culture.
