Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Faro. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all plans comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Work closely with contractors to oversee the construction process and ensure that designs are accurately implemented
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or changes in design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial construction projects
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
