Mason Supervisor


We are hiring a Mason Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of masons in our construction projects in Riyadh. As our ideal candidate, you should have at least 5 years of experience working as a Mason and 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to effectively communicate with their team.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of masons to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and make necessary adjustments.
- Order materials and supplies needed for each project.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working as a Mason.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans.
- Knowledge of different types of building materials and their uses.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
