Key Responsibilities:

- Handle cash, credit card, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times
- Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments as needed
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and promptly

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Previous experience as a cashier in a hospitality setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Proficient in basic math skills and ability to handle money accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
