Junior Gardener

We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking Junior Gardener to join our team in Washington. As a Junior Gardener, you will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of gardens, lawns, and other green spaces. This is an entry-level position suitable for individuals with little to no experience in gardening.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, pruning, watering, weeding, and fertilizing of plants
- Operate and maintain gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Help with the installation of new plants and landscaping features
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues or diseases
- Assist with general garden maintenance tasks such as raking leaves and cleaning debris
- Follow safety procedures while working with gardening tools and chemicals
- Communicate effectively with the senior gardener to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Must have a passion for gardening and willingness to learn new techniques
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude towards work
