A reputable construction company in Multan is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and a proven track record of successful project management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all stages of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Identify potential issues or risks and take corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making cost-effective decisions
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Construction Manager
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
