Teamlead - Porto Contract Position

As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the city of Porto. Your main objective will be to ensure that the team meets their goals and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality in their work. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

In this role, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to your team members, helping them to improve their skills and reach their full potential. You will also be responsible for coordinating projects and delegating tasks among team members. Your strong leadership skills and ability to make decisions under pressure will be crucial in this fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about teamwork and has excellent communication skills. You should have experience in managing teams, even if it is not in a professional setting. A degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
