Hotel Sales Manager
Our growing hotel in Beer-Sheva is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and promote our hotel to potential clients.
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and managing the sales budget.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You must also be able to work independently, have strong organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure bookings
- Manage the sales budget and report on progress regularly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary: 1100$ per month + commission on sales
This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on performance. This role does not include accommodation but visa sponsorship can be provided for non-local candidates.
