We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide insights and drive business decisions. Your role will involve identifying patterns, trends, and correlations in data to help improve our company's overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize large sets of data from various sources
- Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy
- Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations
- Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g. R or SAS)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python) is a plus

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Utena, Lithuania
