Architecture Manager



Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Triesen. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design, planning, and execution for our projects. This is a contract position with no requirement for English language proficiency or prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural design projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and safety regulations
- Lead a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Review and approve architectural designs and ensure they meet quality standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to relevant parties

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software

Salary:
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Starting salary is 1300$ per month.

Location:
Triesen residents preferred but not required.
