Architecture Manager (Kenyans preferred)


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Triesen. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to project completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure successful project delivery within budget and on time.

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Familiarity with contract management and negotiation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and contractors

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of architectural designs for various projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept development to construction completion
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Review contracts and negotiate terms with contractors
- Supervise a team of architects and designers
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
