Python Developer in Braga


As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using the Python programming language. You will work closely with other developers and project managers to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement code that meets business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write efficient, clean and maintainable code in Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing software applications
- Optimize application performance through code refactoring
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Continuously improve development processes and tools

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Python Developer
- Strong knowledge of core Python concepts such as data types, loops, functions, etc.
- Experience with web development frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work part-time in Braga (20 hours per week)
- Must have a valid visa for Portugal (or the ability to obtain one)
- Fluency in English is required; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
