As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Inspect raw materials for freshness and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail for plating/presentation of baked goods
- Strong time management skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Must have valid biometric passport or EU citizenship/residency status
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed
