Instrument Technician

We are in search of an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Ufa. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and calibrating various types of instruments used in industrial processes. This includes troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, ordering replacement parts, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in instrumentation and control systems, as well as experience with electrical systems and schematics. You should also be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, thermocouples, and transmitters
- Troubleshoot issues with instrumentation and control systems
- Order replacement parts and maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation principles and control systems
- Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team setting

Preferred qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Instrumentation Technology or related field
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting
