Job Title: Indian Sales Manager in Eldoret, Kenya



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. This is a contract role open to all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Build relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Participate in product development and pricing strategies based on market trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Indian market
- Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indian cultural norms and business practices
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
