Babysitter

We are seeking a caring and responsible Babysitter to join our household in Al-Kuwait. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing nurturing care to our children while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Your main duties will include preparing meals, engaging in age-appropriate activities, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the children.

To excel in this role, you must have a natural love for children and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience as a Babysitter or similar role is preferred but not required.

This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available for suitable candidates. The salary for this role is 1300$, with opportunities for growth within the household. We welcome applications from Canadians, Filipinos, and individuals of any nationality who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children
- Prepare meals and snacks according to their dietary needs
- Engage in age-appropriate activities such as arts and crafts, reading, and outdoor playtime
- Monitor the children's behavior and report any concerns to the parents
- Administer first aid if necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and bedrooms
- Follow specific routines set by the parents
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress or any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role preferred
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- First aid training is considered an asset
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Must have a genuine love for children
