Merchandiser


As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed and merchandised in a visually appealing and organized manner in retail stores. You will work closely with store managers and sales teams to plan and execute product displays, promotions, and special events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays in retail stores according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with store managers to determine best placement of products in-store
- Monitor product inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or replenishing
- Ensure that all products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed with accurate information
- Work closely with sales teams to promote specific products or brands through displays or special events
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Collect data on product performance and customer feedback to make recommendations for improvements
- Participate in new product launches by creating eye-catching displays and promotions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail sales required; experience in a supervisory role is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong visual merchandising skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers and sales teams
- Experience working with biometric passports is preferred but not required

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk (no English language proficiency required)
