Handyman Technician


We are seeking a skilled Handyman Technician to join our maintenance team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Handyman Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in different settings such as residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your duties may include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances, painting, and carpentry work. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, and we offer flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:
- Inspecting buildings and identifying maintenance needs
- Performing repairs and maintenance tasks according to instructions
- Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment or appliances
- Painting walls, floors, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Installing fixtures such as shelves, cabinets, or door handles
- Performing basic carpentry work such as building or repairing furniture
- Maintaining an organized inventory of tools and supplies
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Experience in plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Good understanding of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects or climbing ladders

Preferred:
- Vocational training in a relevant field or certification as a Handyman technician
from a recognized institution
- Experience working in different settings such as residential, commercial,
and industrial buildings
