We are seeking an experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing computer systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

As a Computer Systems Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting research and gathering data to understand current computer systems and processes
- Identifying areas for improvement in computer systems and processes
- Collaborating with IT teams to design and implement new systems or updates to existing systems
- Analyzing data and creating reports to monitor system performance and identify issues
- Providing technical support for computer systems and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Training staff on how to use new or updated computer systems effectively
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to suggest improvements for our systems

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst. You should also have strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of various programming languages.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams within the organization. They should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
