Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design development

- Select appropriate materials, finishes, and equipment for each project
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Oversee construction progress to ensure designs are implemented correctly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided for foreign candidates.
