Industrial Architect - Shan, India

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan, India. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for design projects
- Develop detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models and renderings to present design concepts to clients
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs are structurally sound
- Prepare project proposals and estimates for clients
- Monitor construction progress and provide on-site support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas to clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1400 per month
Employment Type: Contract with possibility of extension
