Gardener for Landscaping Company in Lom, India


We are a prestigious landscaping company based in Lom, India and we are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and landscapes of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants
- Watering, fertilizing, and pruning plants as needed
- Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Removing weeds and debris from gardens
- Installing new landscaping features such as paths or retaining walls
- Monitoring the health of plants and identifying any diseases or pests
- Providing recommendations for plant selection based on climate and soil conditions
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of various plants, flowers, trees, and their care requirements
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment
- Attention to detail to ensure gardens look neat and tidy
- Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner

Preferences:
While we welcome applications from all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates who have experience working as a Gardener.

Accommodation:
This is a live-out position so accommodation will not be provided. We prefer candidates who already reside in Lom or are willing to relocate at their own expense.

Freshers:
While we do require some experience for this role, we are open to considering freshers who have completed relevant courses in gardening or landscaping.
