Facade Engineer


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades. Your main duties will include conducting feasibility studies, creating technical drawings, and overseeing the installation of facades. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong knowledge of facade materials and construction techniques. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month, and accommodation can be provided if needed. Non-Russian candidates must have their own visa for working in Russia.

As a Facade Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing building plans and conducting feasibility studies for facade projects
- Creating detailed technical drawings using specialized software
- Selecting appropriate facade materials based on cost-effectiveness and durability
- Overseeing the installation process to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful completion of projects
- Conducting on-site inspections to identify any potential issues or defects in the facade design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Facade Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of facade materials, construction techniques, and industry standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Experience working on facade projects in Russia
- Knowledge of Russian building codes and regulations
