Restaurant Manager for Bayan, Malayalees and Kenyans


We are hiring a Restaurant Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Bayan. As a multicultural restaurant, we welcome candidates from all nationalities but prefer Malayalees and Kenyans to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a busy restaurant, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to effectively communicate with the diverse team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service is consistently delivered
- Manage and train staff to maintain excellent customer service standards
- Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase customer base and revenue
- Collaborate with chefs on menu planning and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and best practices
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
