Online Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our clients through online communication channels such as chat, email or phone. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through online channels to provide information, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our internal systems
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist clients
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
- Proactively suggest solutions or improvements to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficient computer skills and experience with online communication tools
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1500$

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Candidates from other cities/countries are welcome if they are able to work in Karachi)

Working Hours: Flexible working hours (full-time/part-time)
