Office Assistant - Contract Position in Ufa, Russia
We are hiring an Office Assistant for a contract position in Ufa, Russia. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer incoming calls and emails, redirecting them as necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa/work permit for Russia
