Office Assistant in Ufa, Russia

We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other office tasks as needed. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$, and free accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided for non-residents of Ufa. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Prior experience as an office assistant is preferred but not required. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Indian nationals are preferred for this position.
