Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Multan. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients regarding computer systems, hardware, and software.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Set up and maintain networks and servers
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as virus scans and updates
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of various operating systems including Windows and Mac OS
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting tools
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Multan (candidates from other cities may also apply)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role required

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field preferred

Special Requirements: Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes.
