Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel in Nakuru. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. They will work closely with the marketing team to identify potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates from all nationalities.

Salary: $1400 per month

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Set sales targets and work towards achieving them on a monthly and annual basis
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analysis
- Train and manage the sales team to ensure they are meeting their goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the region
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes when required
