Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends
- Negotiate contracts with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Coordinate sales efforts with other departments, such as marketing and operations
- Train and supervise sales team members
- Monitor performance metrics and provide reports to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
