As a Teamlead for our Customer Service department in Los Angeles, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by providing guidance, support, and training to your team. You will also be responsible for monitoring and improving customer service processes, handling escalated customer complaints, and liaising with other departments to resolve issues. A strong candidate for this role is highly organized, has excellent communication skills, and has previous experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment.
