Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning, organizing, and coordinating resources, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

As a successful candidate, you must have prior experience as a project manager and possess strong leadership skills. You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project objectives are met
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Manage project resources effectively
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports
- Monitor and track project expenses
- Collaborate with clients or customers to understand their needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
