Equipment Operator/Heavy Equipment Operator



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to perform various construction tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment
- Load and unload materials using heavy equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Ensure proper use of equipment to complete tasks effectively and efficiently
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role
- Experience operating various types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
