Construction Manager

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Triesen. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to managing the construction process and ensuring timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Evaluate project site conditions and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Oversee construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and adherence to project plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Keep track of project progress, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Proficient in budgeting software such as Procore or PlanGrid
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus)
