Office Assistant (Malayalee)
We are in search of a competent and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and assisting with daily office operations. This position is suitable for Malayalee men who are looking for a contract job without the requirement of English language skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate colleagues.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar administrative role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) with the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
