Office Assistant for Foreigners in Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This job is open to Filipinos and other foreigners with no English language requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed
- Assisting in organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry and processing invoices
- Keeping office area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
