Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with passion for the hospitality industry to grow their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Egyptian or Nepali nationality preferred.

Salary: 1000$ per month

City: El-Ain

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs
- Proficient in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring efficient use of resources
- Monitor food quality and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
- Create weekly schedules for staff based on business needs and labor budget
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally
