Experienced Gardener


We are seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in Ufa. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, and we offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain gardens and outdoor spaces according to client preferences
- Plant, prune, water, and fertilize plants and trees
- Weed gardens and remove any dead or diseased plants
- Monitor garden health and make recommendations for improvement
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Communicate with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Gardener
- Proven knowledge of plant care, maintenance, and seasonal requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and efficiently
- Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Valid work visa for Ufa (visa sponsorship available)
