Entry Level Gardener


Our gardening company in Ufa is seeking an entry level gardener to join our team. This position is suitable for Malayalees, Filipinos, or English speaking individuals without prior experience in gardening. As an entry level gardener, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced gardeners with various tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and maintaining the overall appearance of our clients' gardens.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees
- Water and fertilize plants as needed
- Prune and trim plants to maintain their shape and health
- Remove weeds and keep garden beds clean and tidy
- Assist with the installation of irrigation systems
- Operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their gardening preferences and needs

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of plants and gardening techniques preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn from experienced gardeners and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalees or Filipinos preferred)
- No prior experience necessary, training will be provided on the job

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month. Salary may increase based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Ufa or willing to relocate.
