As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and repair of various structures such as buildings, walls, and other surfaces. You will be expected to lead a team of masons, ensuring that they work efficiently and follow safety protocols.

Your main duties will include planning and organizing the daily tasks for your team, providing guidance and training to new masons, and monitoring progress to ensure that projects are completed on time. You will also be responsible for ordering materials and maintaining inventory levels.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a Mason with a strong understanding of construction methods and techniques. You must also have excellent leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with your team.

We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic. You must also be physically fit as this job requires lifting heavy materials and working in varying weather conditions.
