We are seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our family in Manama. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing attentive and nurturing care to our children while maintaining a safe and stimulating environment. Your main duties will include supervising playtime, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with homework, and putting the children to bed. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Babysitter, excellent communication skills, and a genuine love for children. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided. Candidates with their own visa are preferred, but we are also open to sponsoring the right candidate. Freshers with relevant skills and qualifications are welcome to apply. The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks according to dietary restrictions
- Engage in age-appropriate activities and playtime with the children
- Assist with homework and academic tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children
- Communicate effectively with parents about daily activities, concerns or updates
- Follow established routines for meal times, bath time, bedtime, etc.
- Administer basic first aid if necessary
- Ensure that all toys and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Babysitter or related role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must have a genuine love for children and be patient, caring, and responsible
- Ability to multitask and handle emergencies calmly
- Must have basic first aid knowledge or willingness to learn
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends if needed
