Administrator
We are hiring an experienced Administrator to join our team in Isa Town. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, providing support to the management team, and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assisting with HR tasks such as recruitment and employee onboarding
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Handling incoming calls and emails
- Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa is a must
- Suitable for men
