Administrative Assistant
Location: Isa Town, Bahrain
We are in need of a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Isa Town. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of employee schedules, vacation time, and attendance records
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1300$ per month. The selected candidate will also receive free visa sponsorship and air ticket upon joining.
