Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team in Balzers. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading our company's computer network and systems. This role requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth operation of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems.
- Maintain system backups and disaster recovery plans.
- Upgrade hardware and software as needed.
- Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.
- Ensure network compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement new projects or resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Network or Systems Administrator.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), hardware (routers, switches), security (firewalls), and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
